Union Benefit Funds

KJC labor attorneys also represent collectively bargained benefits funds. Benefit funds are trusts established by unions and employers to provide benefits to their members. They are funded primarily by employer contributions. Benefits provided by these sorts of funds include medical, dental and vision plans, legal services, pension, fringe benefits, and more.
